Mischa Under Wraps
Just because it's September doesn't mean Mischa Barton can't wrap herself up like a Christmas present! We ran into the waifish actress in Santa Monica yesterday - as the sun slipped below the horizon and the temperature slowly sank into the sixties, Mischa had to bundle herself up in a hoodie! But her comfort was our loss - wait'll you see the sexy outfit she had on underneath after the jump!
