She was teetering between "one of Nicole Richie's friends" and "that girl from The O.C." for a while, but she's returned to the scene and girl's lookin' fierce! Check out this glittering star at the James Taylor concert (yes, James Taylor) at Social @ Ross in East Hampton this weekend. That top isn't completely working for me, but look at that beautiful face! One of a kind, right?
