Pretty Vacant
An undeniably beautiful girl with a sometimes odd sense of fashion, Mischa Barton can come off as a bit, well, empty! Last night, the former O.C.er went to dinner at Mr. Chow (with Kim Kardashian) in weird boots, short-shorts a see-thru top, a cropped motorcycle jacket and a crochet cap on top of her new long, blonde extensions! But even the strangest combination of clothes couldn't distract us from the perpetually vacant look on her face!
At least she's found something that flatters her legs!
