Here's the truth: Mischa Barton could totally just quit acting and be a model. Yup, she's THAT beautiful, and in a very unique way. I don't love the outfit but black and white is always a smart, safe choice. Just ask Nicky Hilton!
On the other hand, Amanda Bynes has cuter clothes but the makeup? Hates it. Less is more!

gotta give Mischa the nod here. for once she isn't doing anything stupid, the outfit is cute and flattering, and she doesn't have a cancer stick in her hand or mouth.
they both look good but Mischa is more special - she gained back some weight and looks healthy - would appeal in ny or europe

Mischa SHOULD quit acting. She's better off sticking to modeling because she's such a bad actress. She earns most of her money from modeling anyway. She got cast as a bitchy model in her TV show and that role fits her to a T because she's essentially going to be playing herself.
Amanda doesn't look like she has that much makeup on. A bit spidery looking on the mascara part but she looks like her usual self otherwise, very cute! I can't decide, they both look very pretty.
Who is Mischa? What does she do?
I think Mischa is soooo not pretty. I do not know what the big fuss is about her... she is ugly!
