Molly's Having A Good Hair Day!

Despite the crummy weather we've been having here in Los Angeles, Molly Sims appears to be having a perfect hair day. Okay that's not fair - we snapped her leaving a hair salon in Beverly Hills, so that's probably why!
p.s. Is she finally starting to show her age?
