Rooney Mara Snags Lead Role In Girl With The Dragon Tattoo Remake

The search is finally over! And a ton of Hollywood starlets are probably pissed.
Rooney Mara - younger sister of Kate - has landed the lead role of Lisbeth Salander in David Fincher's remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo alongside Daniel Craig, Columbia Pictures just announced.
So who is Rooney?
The actress recently starred in the Nightmare on Elm Street remake and will next be seen in The Social Network with Justin Timberlake... which was directed by David Fincher.
Hmm. Think Fincher liked working with her so much that he chose her for this role?
Maybe!
