Naomi Campbell And Her Russian Billionaire Boyfriend Do Fashion Week In Milan

Naomi Campbell may have just celebrated her 41st birthday, but the divalicious supermodel's career is still going strong!
Dressed to the nines in an all-black ensemble paired with a fur-trimmed coat, a purple scarf and an $80K Hermès alligator Birkin bag, Campbell and her Russian boyfriend Vladislav Doronin ventured out of their hotel to do some lingerie shopping in Milan, on Monday evening.
Earlier in the day, the gorgeous Brit walked in the Roberto Cavalli runway show, donning a backless sequined maxi-dress that looked incredibly sexy on her legendary figure.
Campbell said of her decision to walk in the Italian fashion designer's show, “I am here because Roberto seduces me.”
Naomi's boyfriend gifted her with an island of her very own in celebration of her 41st birthday! The 25-room eco-friendly retreat is located on a Turkish island that rests on Isla Playa de Cleopatra, and is built in the shape of an eye. Would Naomi expect any less?
