Australian actress Naomi Watts will be playing Princess Diana in the upcoming biopic Caught In Flight.

The 43-year-old starlet, who happens to be BFFs with Nicole Kidman, said the following about playing the iconic role:

Happily unmarried couple Naomi Watts and Liev Schrieber have just plunked down $3.9 million on a 3 bed/2 bath co-op in NYC's trendy TriBeCa neighborhood, which sprawls across the entire 8th floor of the chic 1920's building.

The 4,315 square foot space includes key-lock elevator access, 14 foot ceilings, painted linoleum tile floors, two kitchens, and Hudson River views from the southwestern corner or the building.

The A-list couple also own a $4.3 million estate in the Hamptons on nearly three-quarters of an acre, with a swimming pool and separate guest cottage/pool house.

Halloween isn't over for Naomi Watts's darling little boys, Samuel and Sasha, who showed off spooky vampire teeth while enjoying a stroller ride with mom in NYC, on Tuesday.

We caught up with the Ring star all dressed up in a classic clown costume the day before, as she took her sons trick-or-treating in Manhattan with partner Liev Schreiber, who looked ultra spooky in a grim reaper costume.

It was recently announced Watts has signed on for the upcoming independent film, Sunlight Jr., costarring Matt Dillon.

The movie centers on a convenience store clerk Melissa (Watts) and her paraplegic boyfriend, Richie (Dillon) who are genuinely excited when they learn Melissa is pregnant, until she loses her job and things start to go horribly wrong.

Another Hollywood couple in a cheating scandal?

Reports surfaced this weekend that Liev Schreiber, 44, has cheated on longtime partner (and mother of his two sons), Naomi Watts, 43 -- and that it happened the same weekend Ashton Kutcher allegedly cheated on Demi Moore.

Was something in the water??

According to TheDirty.com, Liev had been filming Mental in Australia (where Naomi Watts is from.) In the film, a swimwear model named Phoebe Roberts (left, in Kulu Swimwear) served as body double for Liev's co-star, Toni Collette.

Schreiber and Roberts supposedly hooked up after the movie's wrap party on Sept. 24. The actor allegedly took Roberts back to his apartment.

Liev's rep has denied the allegations, saying, "This is a complete fabrication."

Schreiber and Watts have been a couple since 2005. We spotted them out together as recently as Sept. 27 in NYC -- only a few days after the alleged hook-up with Roberts. See the pic after the jump.

While Sasha, 4, rode high on dad's shoulders, his brother Samuel, 2, opted for an easy ride in the stroller.

It's been nearly three years since the untimely death of Heath Ledger, and his girlfriend of two years, Naomi Watts, has finally opened up on her relationship with the troubled star.

The pair first met during the filming of Ned Kelly, and started dating in 2002, before Ledger began his relationship with actress Michelle Williams.

The actress shared with US magazine:

“Good times. We had a beautiful relationship, only a couple of years, but he was a man who was completely full of joy, and there was a lot of laughing and affection. He was really a very special soul and made a great impact on my life.”

“And a great actor but I know there was so much more to come. And it's such a tragedy for his little daughter,” the actress added of Ledger and William's daughter, Matilda, who turns six next month.

After the split, Watts began a serious relationship with actor Liev Schreiber. The couple have been together since 2005, and have two children; four-year-old Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete and Samuel ‘Sammy’ Kai, two.

Heath died from an accidental toxic combination of prescription drugs in January 2008.

Naomi Watts and Liev Schrieber took advantage of the beautiful summer weather in New York City, as the twosome went on a bike ride on Wednesday.

The Hollywood couple, who have been together since 2007, appeared to be your ordinary city folks, as they took a leisurely ride around the streets together.

Watts and Schrieber have two sons together, Alexander, 3, and Samuel, 2, whom they have been raising on both the west and east coasts together.
