Natalie Portman Set To Play "Edgy" Snow White

The Closer beauty is finally getting some Oscar buzz again! And she's in turn using it to push a few projects forward.
Natalie Portman's performance in the upcoming Black Swan has already put the actress in the running for big awards come early next year.
Now various online reports say that Portman is eyeing the lead in director Jean-Pierre Jeunet's "edgy" modern retelling of Snow White, entitled Brothers Grimm: Snow White.
And that's in addition to starring in David O. Russell's adaptation of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
All these contemporary versions of classic tales! Good thing she's also gonna be in Thor.
