New Moon Tops Holiday Box Office

New Moon beat out new releases to top the box office this Thanksgiving, with a $66 million haul over the five-day holiday, which brings its' total to $230.7 million. And that's just the domestic gross.
Variety reports that the second installment of the Twilight series outgrossed Sandra Bullocks' The Blindside, disaster mega-movie 2012 and new release Old Dogs to take the top spot of the biggest Thanksgiving box office ever.
I was one of those people who took in the flick over the holiday and I gotta say, it's worth all the hype!
Soooo much better than the first!

Oh please! The only way to see this movie is with your eyes closed! What a waste of my time and money and holiday cheer!
The acting was subpar; the only bearable people were Jacob and Alice. The story was nothing but an hour and half of long, awkward moments and discontinuity.
The first one was resoundingly better; but Kirsten Stewart never fails to show how she, and her adhd eyes, can always one up her own sucky acting. Rob sucked in this one too. The only saving graces were Taylor and the girl who plays Alice.
Pretty bleak lineup of movies out there if this steaming pile of donkey crap does that well.
if you think aice with that anoying voice can act then you should never see a movie you can see
