Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their twins first birthday in typical diva fashion - dressed to the nines in the City of Lights!

The couple, who welcomed Moroccan and Monroe on the same day as their wedding anniversary (April 30), posted these sweet snapshots of the joyous occasion on the tot's personal website, Dembabies.com. The happy-in-love pair also continued their yearly tradition of renewing their vows while in Paris.

Mimi looked ultra glam, dripping in diamonds and donning a floor length blush colored gown, while she showered her little bundles with extravagant toys like a mini Ferrari and a baby grand piano.

How much does little "Roe" look like mom and "Roc" look like dad?! Precious!

Who knew Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were adding shoe designer to their resumes?!

Well the celeb couple broke out their design talents to decorate sneakers for an auction supporting Project C.A.N.V.A.S. (CAN Visually Achieve Success) Friday night at the Opera Gallery in New York.

Fresh from renewing his vows with wife Mariah Carey in Paris, Nick Cannon stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, afternoon for the talk show host's special Mother’s Day show, and he dished on his twins first birthday in The City of Light!

Nick Cannon revealed on twins Moroccan and Monroe aka "Roc and Roe's" first birthday celebration:

"Well, I don’t think you think having the first birthday in Paris would be my idea so, that was Mommy’s idea but I loved it…and our wedding anniversary is on the same day the kids were born. It’s kind of cool.."

Chuck E. Cheese is definitely not posh enough for the Carey-Cannon twins.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their twins' first birthday in style, of course -- with a bash for Moroccan and Monroe at the 5-star luxury Plaza Athenee hotel in Paris!

The couple's daughter and son had French pastries, balloons and there was even champagne for the adults. Talk about divas in-the-making!

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary by renewing their vows in the City of Light on Friday evening, and prior to that, the couple enjoyed a romantic dinner at the beautiful Jules Verne restaurant. “Tonight was an incredible night,” Mariah wrote on Twitter. “I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower.”

The couple tied the knot on April 30, 2008 in the Bahamas, and the pop diva gave birth to their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, on the same date last year.

Nick Cannon is ready to talk about his severe health problems ... as well as why he was hospitalized two months ago for kidney failure.

Mariah Carey's 31-year-old hubby tells People:

"The blood clot thing was probably the scariest because ... I've known people who have passed away from that. I thought I was getting better and then that happened, so that kind of came out of nowhere."

Cannon says the kidney failure was a result of an "autoimmune disease that [doctors] found in my system."

The father of two recently took a break from his NYC radio show due to his medical issues.

Is Nick Cannon's busy schedule catching up to him?

The singer/actor/radio personality told his morning show listeners he is stepping down as host of 92.3 NOW FM's morning drivetime show after a doctor ordered him to "put his health first," according to a statement posted on the station's web site:

"Under doctor's orders, I have been asked to put my health first and cut back on some of my professional commitments in order to allow my body to get the rest that it needs to keep up with the demands of my multitasking schedule. It has been an absolute pleasure working with CBS Radio and the 92.3 NOW morning show team and I would like to thank them for their unwavering support."

Cannon, 31, was hospitalized for mild kidney failure at the beginning of the year (Mariah Tweeted a photo). He Tweeted today:

"A bitter sweet morning," he tweeted today. "I have to stop my radio show. Doctors orders. The Doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then it's a wrap! I guess I can't drive at 200 mph for the whole trip, Time to put the car in cruise control."

Nick will continue to host his syndicated Cannon's Countdown weekend show and America's Got Talent.

Nick and Aaron Carter's younger sister Leslie has died.

The 25-year-old singer passed away Tuesday in New York. The Carter family released the following statement:

"Our family is grieving right now and it's a private matter. We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter, and granddaughter, Leslie Carter."

Leslie was featured with her family on the 2006 reality show House of Carters.

She is survived by her husband Mike and daughter Alyssa Jane.
