It's a boy for Nick Lachey And Vanessa Minillo Lachey!

The couple revealed on Wednesday that they were expecting a son, after the 31-year-old mom-to-be announced on her website:

"Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy. We can't wait to meet him soon!"

Vanessa's wish has been granted, because the former beauty queen revealed on Twitter in March after discovering she was preg: "I'm excited either way! But I always wanted a boy first. Just a healthy baby."

The happy couple, who wed in July 2011, recently returned from a babymoon at Jade Mountain in St. Lucia, where Nick shared a sexy Twitpic of his preg wife, who is due in September.

His wife might be the one that's expecting, but that doesn't mean Nick Lachey doesn't have pregnancy cravings too!

The 98 Degrees singer and his wife Vanessa Minnillo appeared on Live! With Kelly Friday and chatted all about the upcoming arrival of their first child. The former MTV host revealed she's had an easy pregnancy thus far, and that it's her hubby who is suffering from symptoms!

"He's got Pregnancy Dad Syndrome. I've read about this. He's got the cravings, he's got the gas. He's like, 'I feel bloated, my back, my feet.' He's had me rub his feet ," she joked to the talk show host. The boy bander took the humor in stride, adding, "I just want to be part of the experience, too."

The adorable couple announced they were expecting in March, so there are only a few months left until the littlest Lachey makes his or her big debut!

Nick Lachey, 38, announced on Live! With Kelly this morning, as he co-hosted the show, that he and wife Vanessa Minnillo are expecting their first child.

Lachey told the audience that after Vanessa appeared on the show in early January, "she started to feel a little different, not herself. So she went to the store, got a pregnancy test, and it came back positive. So we are having a baby!"

Vanessa, 31, is due in the late summer or early fall. The couple, who was married last year, doesn't yet know the sex of the baby. Nick told Kelly: "We definitely want to know. I can't take the knowledge that someone out there knows, but I don't know. It's like watching a sports game on TiVo."

The former boy-bander said of the good news: "I've had a chance to do a lot of great things in my career and my life but this is the one thing that, more than any other, I look forward to. The fact that it's actually here, it's overwhelming."

Is there trouble in paradise for these newlyweds, already?

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo exited their LA gym looking like they'd just had a lover's quarrel, as they looked angry and upset after their workout, on Thursday afternoon.

It was recently reported that the former 98 Degrees singer was flirting with a blonde and a brunette at the Sundance Film Festival, and even ended up exchanging numbers with the mystery blonde, according tofo In Touch.

Vanessa was not at the star-studded event with her hubby, opting instead to stay in LA at their newly-purchased dream home in Encino, Calif.

After being married for just six months, could news of Lachey's recent trip have caused a rift in the couple's relationship?

We caught up with Nick Lachey at The Grove on Tuesday, where the newly 38-year-old (his birthday is Wednesday!) former boy band-er graciously signed autographs for fans.

When he and wifey Vanessa Minnillo, 31, got married in July, we thought a pregnancy announcement would soon follow! After all, Vanessa's Twitter profile reads, "Wanna-be Mommy all the time."

But Lachey told E! on Tuesday that he and his new bride aren't in a rush to have kids. "We both look forward to a family but there's no real time table for that stuff," he said. "Just whenever it happens it does and that'll be a great day."

We're surprised! Even though the two dated for five years before marrying, Nick said they want to enjoy some time as newlyweds. Interesting ...

The newlyweds just plunked down $2.8 million on a lavish 6 bed, 8 bath, 8134 sq ft mansion in Encino, Calif., and it has everything a young married celebrity couple could want!

He's officially taken, ladies!

On Monday night, Nick Lachey sported his wedding ring at his first event since marrying and honeymooning with Vanessa Minnillo. He hit NBC's party at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, wearing his band proudly.

Lachey is the host of NBC's The Sing-Off. Vanessa did not join him for the soiree, but plenty of other stars were there, including the celebs of E! (NBC Universal and E! merged in 2010) -- like Kendra Wilkinson and hubby Hank and Ice T and Coco!

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo may have tied the knot in secret, but now they're sharing all of the intimate details from their big day in a new special, airing on TLC tomorrow.

Nick & Vanessa’s Dream Wedding will follow the newlywed's journey down the aisle, and will also feature footage from their joint wedding shower, Minnillo’s wedding dress shopping and their July 15 Bahamas nuptials.

The pair got engaged last November, and had been planning their wedding in secret for months.

The power couple even flew their wedding guests to the secret location as a surprise. Lachey revealed, "Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket. We told them they were going away and the attire was ‘island chic.’ It was all very vague."

The Wipeout host donned a two-piece Monique Lhuillier wedding dress with a lace corset and a hand tufted skirt made of silk faille. The 98 Degrees singer looked dapper in a Dolce & Gabanna suit.

Wonder if Nick's ex Jessica Simpson will be tuning in?
