X17 XCLUSIVE - Nick's Rep Tells X17 "Breakup Rumors Are Simply Not True"!

Even though sources have been claiming that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are dunzo, Nick's rep has issued a statement exclusively to X17online telling us that the split rumors "are simply not true," and that the couple is "doing very well."
Yesterday afternoon the duo got lunch at Stanley's in Los Angeles, and as they made their way into the restaurant, Vanessa not so subtly linked arms with Nick, just in time for photogs to get a shot. Hey, if Nick was our boyfriend, we'd be marking our territory too! Check out the video below to see the public display of awkwardness affection:
Later on, Nick headed to the Lakers game, but rather than bringing his lady love, he arrived with not one, but TWO mystery women! Ok, so they could be friends, but what would Vanessa have to say about this!?
Can anyone ID these girls? The blonde sure looks like a Jessica Simpson impostor!
P.S. What's REALLY going on here? Was Nick hanging out with the ball-and-chain during the day and then dumping her for the party girls at night? His rep says they're still together but this is still making us wonder!
