Nick & Vanessa: Still Together For The Sake Of The Child Dog?

Yesterday Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo made another rare appearance together at the vet's office, where they took Vanessa's dog Wookie.
As we previously reported, the couple's denied any break-up rumors, but are they just sticking it out for the sake of the pup?
We certainly hope it was nothing more than a checkup!
