Nick Nolte Is A Lucky Man

We spotted Nick Nolte checking out the damage to his house after an electrical fire spread late yesterday morning. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that the blaze at Nick's Malibu home caused an estimated three million dollars worth of damage, but luckily there were no serious injuries reported. The Oscar-nominated actor did sustain minor injuries, which included minor smoke inhalation as well as scrapes on his arm. No signs of damage were visible from the outside of the house, as the fire was limited to the study/living room area and the kitchen. Things really could have been a lot worse for Nick, so we're just thankful that he's ok!
