Nicki Minaj makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, and the 29-year-old R&B starlet chats about wanting children and how she's not ultimately responsible for young fans hearing some of the explicit lyrics in her songs.

When asked about some of her raunchy rhymes (oh you know, like the one where she says, "Somebody point me to the best a** eater"), Nicki tells Ellen, "You know what, I don’t really think I have to deal with it.  I’m not their parents ... I can only give advice and you guys know I always give my young little lady bugs my most precious advice. Which is to stay a child, don’t rush to grow up.  You know the good thing about my album is we always make it in a clean version.  I know your show doesn’t play curses."

When asked about her finances, Nicki reveals that she's "still not like a big spender," but that she does like to splurge on her friends and family every now and then. "I love buying other people stuff," she says. "Because when I buy my self something I feel like, I don’t really need this.  You know, why am I getting it.  I just bought my best friends Ranger Rovers. They’re really excited about that."

Last week Nicki Minaj deleted her Twitter account after a few users leaked clips from Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded on the site, but get this -- she misses her fans so much, she may be back!

After slamming several sites for leaking the clips and writing some not-so-nice comments about her, Nicki tweeted, "[T]hat's exactly why I'm paying the barbz DUST right now! And deleting my twitter. Smdh - don't cry for me argentina ... Like seriously. its but so much a person can take. Good f***ing bye."

Nicki later told British talk show host Graham Norton, “A voice in my head told me to delete my Twitter and that’s what I did,” and she also opened up to The Sun about the possibility of returning to the site. "Reinstate my account? I don't know yet," she said. "I have to say, I've been kind of enjoying life without Twitter. But I feel bad on the Barbz. They got really sad when I deleted it. I think most artists will experience a lot of negative people on Twitter but, thank God, I've got so many followers that I'm not able to see them that much. I'll see some from time to time but, for the most part, I always focus on something good. But the way I deal with it is if I see someone tweet something bad, I'll retweet it and put some lewd thing back."

Nicki Minaj is getting into the fragrance biz!

The "Super Bass" songstress will be debuting her first fragrance this fall. The name has yet to be announced!

Minaj, 29, told WWD:

“I have always been a huge fan of great fragrances. This is yet another extension of my creative expression. I designed the scent and bottle with my Barbz in mind.”

The company that is developing Nicki's fragrance is the same one that worked on Justin Bieber's mega-successful "Someday" scent.

Nicki Minaj is known for making outrageous statements, but this time it's family drama that has put the rapper in the headlines!

The 29-year-old Pink Friday singer appeared on ABC's Nightline and proceeded to paint her father in a very unflattering light, describing him as a drug addict and alcoholic who was abusive with her mother.

"I wanted to kill [my dad]. I used to wish he was dead," she told the show's host.

Now, Minaj's father Omar is fighting back against the allegations, claiming that he did have anger issues, but they weren't nearly as bad as they were made out to be. He is said to be devastated that his famous daughter decided to speak badly about their relationship in the public.

If nothing else, maybe the feud will give her inspiration to write some new songs!

Nicki ditched her pants for a D&G bodysuit and tights combo, and she wore a giant piece of bling spelling out the name of one of her many musical alter egos, Roman Zolanski. But with an outfit like this, who's paying attention to her necklace?

Nicki Minaj, who hit the American Idol stage with a mermaid-inspired dress and blonde wig, hinted at becoming a guest judge on the hit Fox show ... but not sure if Jennifer Lopez is havin' it!

After performing her song "Starships" and coming close to a few wardrobe malfunctions, Minaj told Lopez, “J.Lo, can you scoot over a little bit and let me get up there?”

JLo responded, "I don’t know if there’s room for both of us up here.”

Ouch! Let's hope she was kidding. Nicki's new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, hits stores next Tuesday!
