Hmm. So here, Nicky Hilton - outside of IHOP - seems perfectly overjoyed at wearing stripes. But here...
Not so much. Either she's looking down, all ashamed, or playing hide and seek with us. Perhaps because she has a very noticeable tear in her black leggings? C'mon, Nicky, buy some new ones every once in a while - you can afford it!
Maybe her b/f David Katzenberg saw the tear and therefore wanted to get her inside the restaurant quickly before anyone else noticed!
