Millionaires Nicky Hilton and Brandon Davis grabbed lunched together in Beverly Hills.

While Paris' sis opted for cute, animal print flats, Mr. Davis made his way to the restaurant wearing purple kicks. Seems as though he and Scott Disick have similar taste when it comes to loafers.

Dressing for the winter season, yet also accommodating the warm LA weather, Nicky Hilton stepped out in a tank underneath a fur vest (we're sure it's faux!), paired with a long black skirt and a $1,000 Alexander Wang bag, while on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills, Wednesday afternoon.

The fashion designer picked up a few essentials from Barneys, before she hopped a plane to Miami, where she's currently soaking up the sun, before getting ready for her first NYE as a single girl -- she split with ex-beau of more than four years, David Katzenberg, in July.

For the first time in a long time, Paris and Nicky will be ringing in the New Year as single ladies!

Paris Hilton is already back home in Los Angeles, but it looks like she spent plenty of quality time in Aspen with her family this week. Last night the heiress went snowboarding and shopping with siblings Nicky and Barron (c'mon, is there anything else to do there?) and earlier today she jetted back, just in time to finish wrapping her Christmas presents.

"Sad to leave Aspen, but excited to spend Christmas Eve with my grandpa & entire family," she tweeted. "I love the holidays!" Miss P also posted this shot of her "little Jetsetter Tinkerbell" and added, "Can't wait to get home to all my pets!" Aww!

Yesterday we spotted a bundled up Paris and Nicky Hilton (and their little brother Barron!) shopping in Aspen, and after that the group spent some quality time on the slopes. Paris later tweeted, "Just finished an amazing deep tissue massage. Feel's so good to get a great massage after skiing all day. #YES!"

Paris also posted this pic on Twitter, writing, "Had a great day with @NickyHilton & @ConradHilton. I love my family. :D". Awww, what a beautiful trio of siblings!

The Hiltons are definitely enjoying their family vacation in Aspen, Colorado.

Nicky and her mom Kathy ditched the slopes for the day and bundled up for an afternoon shopping trip. No wonder the Hilton girls are hot ... look at their stunning mom!

Paris has been focusing less time on shopping and more on skiing. The heiress recently Tweeted:

"Love skiing down the mountain blasting @DJAfrojack @DavidGuetta & @Kaskade on my Ipod. It's like clubbing in the snow;) #RavingOnTheSlopes."

Nothing like spending Christmas in the snow. Life is good for the Hiltons!

Last night Paris and Nicky Hilton returned from their quickie getaway to Miami, and it sounds like the ladies had a blast! Yesterday Paris tweeted, "Had such an amazing time at @ArtBasel with @NickyHilton & @FarrahBritt. So many beautiful pieces of art. Love #Miami!"

Paris also chatted with the New York Times about the art show, telling the publication, “I get inspired by the art here. I paint, I sculpt, I do collages. I haven’t released anything yet, but maybe I’ll have a gallery show at Basel next year.” Can't wait to see that!

Ahhh, shopping at Neimans and Barneys and stuffing your haul into a brand new $300,000 Ferrari convertible ... life sure is tough for Paris and Nicky Hilton!

These two would have you believe their lives are perfect -- vacays in Hawaii, buying whatever you want (including a new sports car at the drop of a hat), flying around the world in private jets ... But the reality is ... Oh yeah, that IS their lives! Damn, the fantasy's true!

Nicky Hilton was all business as she headed to a meeting in bright red pants, leopard print bag, black leather jacket and Louis Vuitton-covered iPad while in LA, on Wednesday.

The Hilton sisters have been spending quite a lot of time together recently with fellow heiresses Tamara and Petra Ecclestone, who have just relocated from London to Beverly Hills.

The girls have been spotted meeting up at hot Beverly Hills eateries Spago and Boa, splashing out loads of cash on shopping trips to Rodeo Drive, hitting up the hottest clubs and generally having a fabulous time being young and rich.
