Is Nicky Getting Too Skinny Again?

I love Nicky Hilton's sense of style, and while last night's outfit isn't exactly on my top ten list, what really caught my attention is how thin Paris' little sister looks.
About 6 months ago, Nicky was definitely looking scary skinny, but over the summer it appeared as though she gained back enough weight to fall into the healthy/skinny category. However, after looking at these pics of Nicky out partying last night, we're beginning to wonder if Nicky's dropped a few pounds again - do you think she looks too thin?
And aren't light colored tights supposed to make your legs look bigger?
