LiLo's "Ex" Courtenay Semel Arrested!

So, we have this pic above of Nicky Hilton, Jeff Beacher and Lindsay Lohan's alleged first lesbian love, Courtenay Semel, hanging out at the Palazzo in Vegas on Tuesday night...
And now the NY Post reports that the SAME night, Courtenay dined with Kourtney Kardashian (we have vid of Kourt that night below), hung out with Beacher at Pure at Ceasars... and then "went nuts," claims a spy. "Courtenay got so drunk she was falling down." After an altercation with a security guard, Court was "arrested and spent the night in jail," a pal confirms.
To top it off, the wild child lost her phone. Talk about a crazy night!
I mean, don't you HATE IT when you lose your phone? Poor Court!

Looking at Courtenay Semel it's obvious that Linds UPGRADED when she traded up for Samantha. Courtenay is fat and ugly. No wonder Courtenay is spewing sour grapes. She lost Lindsay and settled for Tila Tequila. Lindsay upgraded and Courtenay dived way deep down. Drunk much Courtenay?
The Palazzo is so beautiful! Optika has the best Sunglasses. My favorite salesman Wil Vega,is great. Also, The Grand Lux Cafe has yummy Beignets served with melted chocolate for dessert. I want to go right now!
