Nicky Hilton Breaks The Law!
Posted on Sat Oct 9, 2010 01:15 PM PDT
Texting while driving is still a no-no in California, but Nicky Hilton broke the law yesterday when she did just that in her SUV.
Luckily for her, we were the ones who caught her, not the cops! But next time, she may not be so lucky...
Pull over before you text, girl!

Nicky Texts While Driving

They don't care.
Nicky looks a lot like Paris.
What makes you think she has to follow the law any more than her sister does?
this is only a good story if she dies
Was she stopped at a light? That's not against the law.
The background keeps looking the same.
Texting while driving includes at a stop light. Your car is still in the flow of traffic so it's a no-no at least in CA.
A Hilton breaking the law?? SHOCKER
just like her sister don't worry they can pay off anybody
Looks like she is just checking her messages.
She is in a parking lot. This is really misleading.
they are a family full of criminals.
like anything matters to them,
they are all above the law.
Now I have a question about the law.
It is specifically against texting, right?
What if you were checking a message, or using an app or using your calculator?
You are not texting and thus should not be subject to any fine.
Just because your phone is in your hand does not mean you are texting.
In addition, how come we are subject to anti-texting laws, but the police can drive around with full fledged computers next to them that they use while driving?
Those criminal Hiltons ...
Very dangerous.
