Paris Hilton is undoubtedly hot, but in this leather mini dress, sister Nicky is bringing her own level of sex appeal to the black carpet at the launch of Devon ... a luxury men's and women's lifestyle collection.
The luxe event, benefitting the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, was DJ'd by Lindsay Lohan's ex, Samantha Ronson. As for Nicky's outfit, we're loving her form-fitting LBD and the slicked back 'do.
Way to bring a hint of the 80's back, Ms. Hilton.
