Nicky Hilton TIcketed For Talking On Phone While Driving

Nicky Hilton can certainly afford a hands-free device for her cell phone, but Paris' sister decided instead to hold her phone .... and chat while driving.
The brunette heiress was ticketed in Beverly Hills after being pulled over to the side of the road in her black Range Rover. A fine for using your cell phone while driving can run more than $100 bucks. Most likely, the cost of the fine didn't affect Ms. Hilton one bit.
Let's hope she learned her lesson and drove straight to the cell phone store to pick up a headset. Live and learn!
