Nicky O Ends Up In A Suit
...a lawsuit, that is! Yes, it looks like Nicky Hilton's put her dreams of running a hotel empire of her own on hold for the moment - she's presently occupied with suing her one-time partner Eneliko Smith. According to the lawsuit filed on the 15th, Hilton claims Smith filed with the US Patent and Trademark bureau to register the hotel's name, Nicky O, as a trademark granting him exclusivity over its use and licensing - in other words, she's alleging that Smith had well-laid plans to keep her from earning money off her own name!
That being said, let's not kid ourselves: the best thing about this story is that it gives us yet another excuse to post these old pictures of Nicky amidst the naked folks she hired in order to make her announcement of the Nicky O venture that much grander (I guess), of which we've got plenty more after the break ...
