Nicky's Dress, Toenails Leave Us Blue

Nicky Hilton is back from her vacay with sister in the South of France, but she must be missing the the great times with Paris on the yacht because she was looking pretty blue while running errands out in LA yesterday.
But maybe it's just that dress!
We do think it's cute that she matched her toenails to the dress. Maybe she should borrow Ke$ha's lipstick and make it a matching set? As Paris would say, loves it!

My mistake, a vacation from her prior vacation.
Get a job rich girl, work in McDonalds for a few weeks.
