I'm sorry I just don't get the scarf thing that a lot of celebs are wearing. It's about 80 degrees in LA and they're wearing cut-off shorts and a tank...AND A FRIGGIN' SCARF!! What exactly is that supposed to accomplish!??? I can see if it's Fall or Winter, but come on...in the summer?? If you need to accessorize, then put some more jewerly on dammit...
