The jeans were popular in the late 80's and early 90's if I remember correctly. These shoes are much nicer than those ugly gladiator looking shoes so many are wearing.

Classic "hooker" shoes and they look like crap with the rest of the outfit. Everything about her suggests "thrown together" at the last moment in a vain attempt to appear semi-acceptable. With all of her "family" money, Nicky Hilton could dress SO MUCH BETTER than she does 99% of the time.
