...well, pretty or pretty plain? We spotted the hotel heiress out and about with her boyfriend David in the 'Bu over the weekend and they looked super-exciting as always. BTW, are they ever gonna get married? I guess they don't need to, but still! You know Paris would love to plan their wedding! It'd be huuuuuge.

Not to sound mean, but Nicky is not pretty at all and no one would care about her if she weren't a Hilton (and mostly because she's Paris's sister). She has NO style & always looks like Napolean Dynamite with straight hair. Plus, she doesn't seem like a nice person. Other than that, she's awesome :-)
