The Latest Nicky Hilton Hotel Suit
ABC News is reporting that Nicky Hilton has been named in a lawsuit alleging her failure to fulfill contractual agreements stemming from a proposed Nicky O hotel venture in Chicago. Hilton stands accused of contracting out interior design work she had been contracted to perform and of "misrepresenting" her experience in hotel design. This marks the second lawsuit to come from Hilton's troubled Nicky O venture; in November, Hilton filed a lawsuit against one-time partner Eneliko Smith over a potential copyright violation.
