I sometimes wonder what it must be like to live in Paris Hilton's shadow. And Nicky's the younger sibling! She's the one who should be out partying all the time and Paris should be the one setting a good example. Well, not in this family! Nicky was spotted out and about in Hollywood doing some shopping the other day. She's totally the cute one. The sensible one. The one smart enough to stay out of jail! Kudos to you, Nicky.

you've obviously never walked around Beverly Hills, Anonymous -- especially on Canon, Rodeo or the South side of Wilshire during the day or on a weekend. (i don't recommend it, but this is nicer than the norm.)
