The Rain In Spain Falls Mainly On Nicky Hilton

They say into every life, a little rain must fall - even Nicky Hilton's!
Yes, while Paris was partying promoting her scent in sunny Miami last night, her little sister was back home in Hollywood dodging the raindrops on her way into Goa. Good thing her boyfriend David Katzenberg had an umbrella big enough for two!
Luckily, Nicky and David weren't the only celebs to brave the torrential downpour (well, by LA standards, anyway) - we also caught Amy Smart, Lauren Conrad, Sean Stewart, and a Lachey-less Vanessa Minnillo stopping by!
It just goes to show you - "weather" you like it or not, nothing can keep famous folks away from a party!

she thought she new the ins & outs of the hotel business and that arrogance smacked her right between her eyes.

Nicky Hilton's disastrous Nicky O hotel plan has forced her developer Robert Falor and his Falor Companies to file for bankruptcy.
Oaktree lenders are suing Falor's Company for $36 million for failing to a) finish Nicky O and for b) failing to get celebs like Scott Storch or Pharrell Williams, or another "celebrity reasonably satisfactory to the Mezzanine Lender" to buy condos in the building.
So now that Oaktree's pulled out of the deal, Falor can't afford to renovate the property into a hotel-condo, regardless of Nicky O's presence. He's filing for bankrupty and plans to just make a regular old hotel sans condos. Key word: plans which is highly unlikely. He's probably hoping for someone to swoop in and buy it off of him. Maybe Clooney?
Either way, Nicky O got all sorts of media attention last fall* with Nicky making the usual press rounds. But it has turned out to be an embarrassment for everyone involved and Nicky hasn't even publicly commented on the destruction she left behind.

Next, most don't hate Nicky which throws your 'jealous' theory right out the fucking window.
Nicky seems to go about her life without shoving her face and vagina at us, unlike her skank sister parisite.
paris is unlikable and unbelievable, any chance she had for gaining public respect went out the window after her hysteria at being sent to jail and the way she tried to garner sympathy with her lies after getting out jail. Even though I can't stand the Hilton Ho's,(Paris especially)it takes alot of "moxey" for Nicky to wear a skirt with Prison Stripes. Horizontal stripes in clothing makes a woman look wider, but she seems to pull it off.
Nicky is very sweet, pretty and clever girl. And She find Her personal way. In contrast to Paris, She dont like to be a public person, and attantion of paps irritate her.
The other question is the Nicky's buisness side. On the one hand she is good in fashion and entertainment industry. Such kind of indusrties cannot be regarded as capacity building ones. Industries like hotel and buildind industries requires special knowledge. And for the present Nicky is not Ivanka Trump to achieve a success in that directions. But time flows - all changes...
