Yes, fans still love Nicole. Very classy, down to earth person..., no show.., she's the real deal. Can't wait to see her new movie! The fact that she's in it, makes it well worth the money. Media acts like they're dying to get something started on her. Go ahead, get it over with. She'll prove you wrong, and it'll all be over. You wouldn't be trying to stir it up, if she weren't so popular with the fans. Guess that's answers your question???

She's famous and rich enough that she can work if and when she wants to and in whichever movies she finds attractive. She said he hopes that this movie will draw tourism to her country. She also said that she's going to drop out of movies in the next year or so. Sounds like she's accomplished what she set out to do.

I'm not sure she trusts herself to break out and enjoy life. She talks about it a lot but can't seem to do it. Also, she is too tightly wound in her roles. She tries too hard in others. Since her hair turned grey and she has been blonde, it makes her look too icy. That affects her appearance greatly as she looked more friendly and approachable as a redhead. She really got screwed up by TC. My opinion.

You know every one talks about her movies flopping. With the exception of two I think--all of them have made well over what the movie cost to make!
Invasion made money. Didn't make the financial projections, but it made money. Why is it not Daniel Craig's fault for flopping or the producer's for a lame script. Same with Bewitched. Made money. Why is it not Will Ferrall's fault or the lame script or the director's fault for flopping.
Kidman was absolutely fantastic in Birth. Yet idiots made a big deal out of the bath tub kiss that was absolutely nothing and just a fraction of a second of the film. She was great in fur. In Margot at the Wedding.
She seems to inspire either hatred or love. And those that hate her seem rabid this year. It's probably the Church of Scientology spreading rumors, hatred etc., to keep her in line so she doesn't spill their secrets!

Is she relevant? you better believe it. You know any actress headlining a $130m or so movie despite flops and even after that is already on another $90m movie set (NINE) and has about 2 movies lined up to be shot next year? Can you name one? nope, she is the only one out there. The press may be killing themselves to tell the world that she is not relevant but Hollywood doesn't care, they will keep handing her roles and paying her millions.

As for whether people like this movie, the resounding answer is yes, there are enough people online talking about people applauding it , crying as they walk out.

How much did she make this year? $13m, I doubt she is crying over what the press has to say. She bought two houses in 2 countries this year.

i think shes down to earth and beautiful and Australia is a fabulous movie with glorious sets and cinematography and its ones of the greatest movies ive seen in years.just like moulin rouge and romeo & juliet. people dislike her because shes the EX Mrs Cruise. i think shes FABULOUS just like the movie! Australia is a beautiful country...you cant explain the scenery till you've seen it first hand!

I loved the movie! I thought it was very well done...and to appreciate it...you need to know the Australian History...and I think Kidman did her role proud...it was well done...
