your facts are wrong.Tom may have thought Nicole cheated on him, but he was wrong. He probabily used that as an excuse because his scientology orginization told him to leave Nicole. It's turned out wonderful for Nicole, now she has a husband who she is crazy about and a baby on the way.

Unless your marriage is annulled, you can't get married in the Catholic church. You would also have to renounce any children as bastards of the "marriage". Of course, how that works with adopted kids ....
