X17online snapped these exclusive pix of Nicole Kidman visiting a fertility clinic in Santa Monica early last week, sparking rumors that the Oscar winner could be trying for a second child.
Nicole, who's denied a second pregnancy (even though her behavior, slight bump and hair may say otherwise) headed to the building that houses California Fertility Partners, "a Los Angeles based medical practice dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of fertility issues." At 42, it's possible that Nicole will have to use in vitro fertilization to get pregnant, if she hasn't already. And this is the place to do it. We spotted Madonna at the clinic before and during her pregnancy with Rocco, at age 41.
Upon leaving the clinic, Nicole and her assistant/driver were reviewing paperwork -- perhaps tips from the clinic on what to do after treatment?
Seems like Sunday may be getting a sibling sometime soon!

That does NOT look like Nicole to me. Her chin line is different than Nicoles!I would have to see her from a front view to tell for sure. As far as being too old, don't be silly, we are all living too an older age now, do some research on life extension! My daughter is having her second baby at age 47!

Sorry to burst the bubble but of course she called them. Remember those pictures of Gwy paltrow outside her OBGYN looking at a picture of a sonograph - she later admitted that the shot was set up so she didn't have to make a statement. Same situation. This woman will do anything to be the focus. Her performance in Nine has been overlooked and she was outshone by her co-stars so this is her way of getting and keeping attention. Nicole does not have the paps following her every move - if that was the case, where are the pictures of her spending time with the kids with Tom Cruise (who she claims she sees all the time)? The paps would have those shots (and they would sell) if they followed her every move. They don't. She is a has-been. Can't open a movie. When she is on the cover of a magazine, it doesn't sell. They were called so when she goes on the red carpet at the Oscars, the entertainment shows will ask her all about it. What she doesn't tell them is that she has 3 nannies who mind the current kid and she trots the kid out when she knows the paps will take her picture. Selling that 40 somthing earth mother image that she is desperate for. Complete BS. Like when she states that she has never had Botox.
