Attention Sushi Lovers

Los Angeles is famous for the quality of its sushi - the combination of a large population of Japanese immigrants and close proximity to the ocean mean there's lots of talent for preparing and serving raw fish. In fact, its sushi culture is so firmly entrenched that you can find great restaurants practically anywhere - I mean, this one's out in the middle of some Valley strip mall, and it's still slinging such high-quality fish that Nicole Richie can't stay away!
There's actually a famous rumor about the high-and-mighty chef of this particular restaurant throwing a customer out after they dared to order a California roll - hope Nicole didn't make that mistake!

I don't understand the whole sushi thing. I live on the beach on the East coast. We go fishing and when you prepare the fish (COOKED) there are many worms to be seen. Prep the fish and leave it sitting in the sink for a while and there are worms!!
