We spotted Harlow's mama attending traffic school earlier today, trying to go all incognito in a dark hat and shades.

I saw her at having lunch at Barneys yesterday. they were only two tables away from me but I didn't notice her until she got up to leave. She's really petite and thin and very graceful... she was wearing these BIG sunglasses on her tiny little face... it was kind of cute. Joel just sat there in a short sleeved shirt,hat and followed her out when they were done. So glad I finally got to see her even if was only for a few seconds
