Nicole Richie enjoyed lunch with a few pals today at Toast in West Hollywood today, wearing this bright floral-print maxi dress.
It may still be January, but in LA there's no need for scarves and snow boots ... it was in the low seventies yesterday!
Richie recently said on The Talk that now that she's married she can "get away with more." Well if that means strutting around town looking this good, without her man on her arm, then more power to ya, girl!
