I love looking at pictures of Nicole Richie. The girl just always dresses so chic - and yet her outfits are always so simple - that I can't look away!
Here's the fashionista heading into traffic school (not showing off her legs, but also not wearing those bell bottoms at least!) before heading out to buy a new Peg-Perego baby stroller for Harlow...
