From Adorable To Grouchy in 3...2...1...

Aww, but even when she makes a grumpy face, Harlow is still pretty much the most adorable celebritot ever!
We spotted Nicole Richie and her daughter running errands in Los Angeles this afternoon, and even though Harlow seemed to be having a minor hissy fit, it didn't last that long...she quickly snapped out of it and was on her best behavior.

Yes, she's a very cute little girl, and seems to have a good disposition. Just a shame the papz don't have enough sense to know when to back off. Jen and Ben just put a stop to it, and I wouldn't be surprised if Nicole and Benji do the same. I wouldn't want the papz anywhere near my child. They're idiots!!
