She's at it again!

Nicole Richie guest stars on Betty White's new comedy series Off Their Rockers, and the Simple Life star is actually a pretty convincing actress!

In the clip, the petite brunette asks Betty if she's tried on the dress she sent over for the MTV Video Music awards. When the Golden Girls star responds that she actually ate the dress, made entirely out of Life Savers candies, Miss Richie disapprovingly puts her head in her hands.

Lionel's daughter sure knows how to get the laughs!

Nicole Richie hit the gym on Tuesday afternoon, and while we're used to seeing her slipping into pricey leather jackets post-workout, why on earth would she carry around her dirty gym clothes in a $3,000 Celine White Phantom bag? Then again, this is the girl who once spent $3,000 on pillows once, so she obvi has money to burn!

In addition to hitting the gym, chasing her two darling kids around the house and working on her own clothing collections, Nicole is gearing up for the season two premiere of Fashion Star, which will air on Friday March 8, 2013 at 8pm. That's just 6 weeks away ... can't wait!

Perhaps Nicole Richie's rocker hubby is influencing the way she dresses!

Even though we're sure Nicole worked up a sweat during her workout, the Fashion Star mentor sure keeps herself cool and collected while strutting her svelte bod back to the car.

Nicole Richie probably put on about 4-5 layers of clothing on Friday as she navigated her way through a frigid L.A. day to make a stop at the gym. Now that's dedication!

The 31-year-old fashion designer recently received some lofty praise from her better half Joel Madden as the two celebrated their second anniversary.

"Special dedication to my wife. We just spent a few days off the grid celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary," the 33-year-old Good Charlotte frontman posted to his Tumblr account earlier this week. "Sometimes I keep it to myself and sometimes I can’t help myself and I gotta tell the whole world how much i love her. This is one of those times. I can’t help it. I feel like the luckiest man alive to have my wife and kids. When the world outside breaks me down, they build me back up. Hope everyone out there finds this kind of love."

Nicole Richie got to spend some post-Thanksgiving quality time with her family as she and Joel Madden, along with their kids Sparrow and Harlow, went to see the Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! show at the Nokia Theater at LA Live on Friday.

The 31-year-old fashion designer and her hubby looked adorable as they carried their kids around the bustling entertainment complex after the show. Looks like they found the perfect way to work off their Thanksgiving feast!

She's so dedicated to working on her fitness! And we're willing to bet that she hits the gym on Thanksgiving day too...

On Wednesday morning Nicole Richie was snapped leaving her workout in Los Angeles, and as usual the starlet covered up her sweaty bod with a leather jacket. She must have an insane dry cleaning bill!

Yesterday Nic took her daughter Harlow to The Coop in Studio City to celebrate Bronx Wentz's fourth birthday, and while Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson and several other famous faces were on hand, noticeably absent was Nicole's Fashion Star counterpart Jessica Simpson. Coincidence?

Nicole Richie squeezed in her daily workout in Studio City today, and the House of Harlow designer wore her fave Alexander McQueen skull scarf and a Iro leather jacket for her exercising attire!

The mom-of-two is adding another title to her resume - actress! The 31-year-old will join Glee creator Ryan Murphy's latest hit The New Normal. It is unclear what role she will be playing and how long her run on the series will be, but we're hoping she becomes a regular!

They say being on TV adds ten pounds, so it looks like Miss Richie is getting a head start on whipping her body into shape for her latest gig!

Another thing she might want to take care of before hitting the small screen? Her hair! The noticeable track marks from extensions make it even more obvious the socialite's hair is thinning! Yikes!

Nicole Richie and her adorable children attended a birthday bash in Hollywood over the weekend, and by the looks of it, it was a costume party -- Harlow appears to be dressed as a fairy princess while her little brother Sparrow took a few fashion pointers from his rock star dad, Joel Madden! Wonder what the kids will be for Halloween this year?

In other Nicole news, it was just announced that she will be making a return to the small screen. Ryan Murphy tweeted on Friday, “Proud to announce Nicole Richie and the legendary George Takei are joining The New Normal family." While reality TV may have launched her career, Nicole has also appeared on several scripted series, including Chuck, where she played a psychotic former classmate of one of the main characters. Can't wait to see what the Fashion Star judge brings to the table in this one!
