I think Nicole has the right to dress anyway she pleases. I like what she's wearing. I wear heels everywhere, so I don't find anything wrong with wearing heels if you're shopping. I know that most girls like to wear sweatpants and flip flops everywhere they go unless they are going out at night, but not everyone is like that. I had never heard of Nicole richie before the simple Life, but that show did make her a household name, so you really can't say she's famous for nothing really.
