Here Nicole gets off with so little when this is her SECOND violation.And she was on drugs while driving on the freeway in the wrong direction.

Paris violated probation, that's why she got more time. Plus she had already been given a break by signing the piece of paper acknowledging she knew her license was suspended. Then she got caught again. That's why Paris got more time. Nicole was not on probation. I DO think Nicole should have received a longer sentence since it was her second DUI, but at least she's going.

Paris had 0.08 alcohol level when she was stopped, which is EXACTLT at the legal limit, and they should have let her go to begin with.

Then Paris gets pulled over for driving on a suspended license(after she was told she could do so if it was business related). She wasn't drunk and no drugs. And Paris gets sentenced to 45 days? This is just not right.

You can bet that Nicole will only do maybe one actual day, because they will send her home due to overcrowding.

But the judge in Paris's case would not allow it her to go home.

UMMM, Paris was caught driving on a suspended license TWICE after a DUI conviction. Get your facts straight please. This ugly bitch (Nicole) should get 30 days. But Califuckya believes in rehabilitation of its celebrities (even if they are all a bunch of losers with cash).

That's not true. o.o8 is right on the button and she should have been let go. You don't like Paris because she is pretty and rich, but that is no reason to treat her WORSE then anyone else.

I'm really glad Nicole only got 4 days because she's really turned her life around since her drug days. I think that compared to the sentence Paris had it seems like it's not a lot of time, but with the probation and fines and overcrowding of the jails I think it's fair. I hope she can stop drinking and doing drugs for good now that she may be pregnant!

Paris was not even convicted for a DUI. She pled guilty to Reckless Driving and was on probation for that.
The suspended license was put out by the DMV , and Paris was told she could drive for business related purposes.
Paris WAS treated too harshly and Nicole Was treated much better.
There is in fact an element of Unfairness in regards to Paris Hilton. But Nicole was treated fairly.

read the law books, .08 and above IS considered driving under the influence. Sorry if you have a problem with that i quess maybe you think its ok to drive like that.
