He can do whatever he wants as long as he pays his lawyer to get him out of it! Everyone has their hands in everyone else's pockets. It's all about greed.

WHERE THE FUCK IS BRITNEY?

Relax everybody! That is the time most people in her situation serve. Someone I know was arrested for drunk driving, and she was sentenced to 20 days in the slammer, but they let her out after 5 hours. And she isn't rich, famous, or even White! The jails in L.A. are filled with gang-members and so they are not going to keep lesser criminals in there for long; they need the space (drunk driving is a serious offense, but when no one is hurt in the incident the cops don't bring down the books on them).

I think even Nicole herself was surprised at how quickly they let her out. The pictures clearly show a sad looking Nicole droping her dogs off at a facility where they were supposed to spend the next couple of days while she was supposed to be away.

Paris got screwed by the judge because she pissed him off by showing up late to court and making excuses for her behavior. She should have just been humble and accepted responsibility for her actions like Nicole and Lindsay. Judges are human too, and they let their anger affect their rulings.

So, let's see.....she was sentenced to 4 days and only served 82 minutes. Lindsey was sentenced today to 1 day in jail, does that mean she'll get out in 29 seconds? Last year I was sentenced to 10 days in jail for shoplifting food because I was broke & hungry and couldn't work due to a disability. Even though our jail was overcrowded I wasn't let out a minute early. But I'm not a rich celebrity so there you go. Life sucks and it isn't fair.

Just considerations in regards to their condition for the safety of the child. But then again Lohan has gotten off virtually scott free and then there is that Paris fiasco. Then again that preacher's wife on got 4 days for murder. But being a corrections officer I can say that these celebrities are ABSOLUTELY getting special treatment and in both the Hilton and Richie cases I have never seen such obvious privillage. CALF justice system is a fucking joke and there should be an immediate inquiry into these cases. I assure you that regular prisioners may be 8 hours before they're processed to even get a cell.
