The former reality show starlet turned proud parent, along with her pal, took adorbs daughter Harlow to Fit For Kids in West Hollywood earlier this afternoon. Hmm, isn't that the same jean jacket and scarf she wore to traffic school just yesterday? You'd think someone as stylish as Nicole Richie would have a bigger wardrobe!

I like the fact that she is wearing the same jacket. So what if she wore it the other day.... it is a jacket after all. She looks great.
