Is Nicole Trying Too Hard?

Look, Nicole. You're so, so cute and you have a smart sense of style... but what's going on here?
There's nothing I particularly dislike about the outfit - the coat, the purse, the scarf, the hat, it all works well together. Heck, I even think the red sunglasses she stole from Pete Wentz add a much-needed splash of color! But overall, the look is too labored. Too thought out. Fashion is supposed to look effortless, right? You can do better, Nicole!
Or maybe she just thinks she's in some modern-day Audrey Hepburn movie?

This chick cracks me up. What does she even DO? All she ever does is act like she's so put out by being photographed. It would be nice if she actually worked or did something that made it worth knowing who she is. Lots of girls have good style - but she had to hire Rachel Zoe to get hers. Nicole hasn't proven herself in anyway besides always being connected to someone - her dad, Paris Hilton and now her boyfriend. So boring.
