Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's Home For Rent

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are offering their 4-bedroom, 4-bath Glendale home for $5950/month.
After settling in to their new Laurel Canyon home in the Hollywood Hills, they've listed their previous digs for rent.
The 4800 square-foot home features two master bedroom suites, a formal dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen with granite countertops. There's a library/study and a three-car garage.
Madden bought the home in 2004 for $1.8 million before he and Nicole purchased their new 5400 square-foot home in 2009 for $1,912,000.
