Nicole's Dress Takes Flight

Nicole's aviation-inspired Chanel dress took flight yesterday as she walked the streets of West Hollywood.
On the fashion tip ... the dress looks like one I had in fifth grade; I'm loving the baby Balenciaga biker bag and the Louboutin wedges.
But on the gossip tip ... Who's the mop-headed dude? He's kinda cute, isn't he? What's Nicole doing hanging with him?
Doesn't look like Nicole's really keen on him though -- guess she really is all about her baby dada Joel!
