Ok Nicole, here is a lesson just for you now pay attention as I will only do this favor for you once. Dark hair makes you look haggard, and older so it is best to have some lighter shades to soften it, and frankly your too old to be this dark. Sorry, shrug just a well known hair color fact, who is your stylist? Seems like you need a new one? Your hair is thin on top? It looks like it is, another reason to not go so dark, and of course who has time for make up right? But put some color on somewhere as you look tired, drawn and older than you are, shrug, someone needs to say it. Stand up straight girl, slumped shoulders? Really?
