Nicole's Trial Takes a Pregnant Pause

Nicole's lawyers have won another delay in her DUI trial, setting the date for August 16th. According to Reuters, she won the delay due to the fact that an expert defense witness is unavailable. Nicole, who's currently in Canada with her babydaddy, did not attend the hearing.
Guess by August, she'll really be showing her, uh, get outta jail free card?

I guess this means that Nicole did not accept the plea deal that was offered her, I bet it onvolved jail time and that's why she refused it.
So she will go to trial in August.
