We couldn't be happier that summer's finally arrived in Los Angeles - after all, it means we'll get a lot more opportunities to see Nicole Richie strutting her stuff!
The diminutive diva stepped out in her shortest shorts yesterday afternoon as she and a friend went out for lunch at Sushi Nozawa. Nicole even favored our photogs with a little smile - but then again, who wouldn't smile at the chance to be photographed looking so sexy?

Her friend in the first and last picture looks like a fuller Eva Mendez.
I bet it would be easy to snap her foot off, look how tiny her ankle is. It makes her thighs look big even though they aren't no wonder she had an eating disorder, she should get ankle plumping injections or something.
I'm so glad to see her looking so healthy. I guess Motherhood and Joel Madden are the best things she could have ever done for herself. Good to see it.
Her calf muscles have atrophied away to the extent that they are about non-existant. What should get both calf implants and ankle wrapl around implants, then she would be good to go for a while.

There is nothing wrong with her legs. They are thin yes but nothing wrong with them. I swear there are a lot of people who hate anyone who is remotely thinner than they are. If her ankles were fat, there would be cankle jokes you just cant win with some people.
